As a former U.S. Army Infantry NCO, I am committed to providing the same level of readiness, care, and skills to my military clients, as I did to the soldiers I led. Aside from being a VA home loan specialist, I have personally used my VA Home Loan Entitlement to purchase several homes over the years. That means that I understand the VA home loan professionally as well as personally.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
